Braised Tofu with salad
Product Intro :
Great to Great to serve for dinner at home, a simply and healthy salad with braised tofu.
1 canned Braised Tofu
10g Cabbage cut into strips
10g Red Cabbage cut into strips
10g Lettuce
1 Tomato
3g Raisins
1/2 Apple
1/5 Gherkin
1 spoon Japanese dressing
Method
1.In a large serving bowl, toss together the cabbage, red cabbage, lettuce, tomato, apple, cherkin and braised tofu.
2. Add Japanese dressing and mix it together.
P.S. You could change other sauce like yogurt and add some lemon and cheese in it.
