Mock Duck stir-fry with vegetables

Ingredients

1 can Mock Duck

1 Red peppers, deseeded and cut into strips

3g cloves Garlic, crushed

5g Ginger, finely chopped

15g Carrots

120g Broccoli

30g Asparagus

20g Oyster mushroom (option)

1tbsp dark soy sauce

Ground black pepper'

Method

1. Heat the sesame oil in large frying pan or wok over a medium-high heat.

2.Add the Garlic and Ginger. Stirring frequently, turn up the heat high and add all of the vegetable.

3.Continue to stir frequently add the mock duck and can of sauce and cook for around 3-4 minutes until the vegetables have cooked al dente.

4. Add the soy sauce and black pepper, stirring well.
